How calculations work:
Timezone: All dates and times are in IST (Indian Standard Time, UTC+5:30). Calls are assigned to the IST day they occurred.
Avg Weekly Growth (Compound) - Live Calculation:
Weekly Overview: Weeks run Monday 00:00 IST to Sunday 23:59 IST. "This Week" shows data from Monday 00:00 IST until now. Growth % compares against the previous complete week.
Weekly Performance: Separate charts show Voice AI calls and minutes for each of the last 12 complete weeks (Mon-Sun).
7-Day / 30-Day Charts: Each data point is a rolling sum - the total minutes over the preceding 7 or 30 days. This smooths out daily fluctuations and shows trends.
Excluded Numbers: Internal/test phone numbers are filtered out from all calculations. View the list in Settings.
